Protecting 55+ Soldiers 1965-1970 fastback Mustangs from scamming restoration shops. Uncovered DMV License & Theft officer...

I was Falsely Arrests by Fayetteville NC DMV license and theft officer. (Public record shows who arrested me.) All charges dropped w/o plea bargain = False arrests.)
Why arrest me?
I was exposing intentional Negligence on the Fayetteville DMV officer and ???, who arrested me.
(public record)
The shop Classic Chasse owned by Brian Clark (public record), along with the above, did this heinous and vial beyond description, scam to our soldiers!
When Brian Clark went bankrupt (Signed document) I took over the area under a new LLC.
3.8+ million is what was scammed from our deployed soldier's, who paid the entire restoration bill ($65,000 average) before they deployed. They lost more than their money. Their dream car, 1967-1970 Fast Back Mustangs, they wanted waiting for them when (if) they returned. stripped and left outside to rust.
Total loss is now, $6,3000,000. (6,3 million)
He would slowly restore 3 Fastbacks (all look alike, a time sending pic's posing them as "That Soldiers dream car"
(I have all records upholding that statement)
(I have the complaints and a copy of all of Brian's computer HD containing this data.)
The Soldier's showed me where they prepaid for their full restoration before deploying. (All restoration had different prices based on what the soldier could afford to pay in cash. The emails from Brian Clark continuing his scamming by send false pic of "their" car getting restored. False dates of when "their" car was getting painted. Engines and other special parts being offered for sale that were not for sale. (One pic was of Brian Clarks own very special engine in his mustang stating it was for sale. It was not for sale.
The Soldier's and the other victims showed me emails of the complaints to the AG's office and the DMV.
It is Negligence for the NC dept. not to respond to these serious complaints. (Civil or criminal)
One court document is incorrect and will be changed soon.
I did not buy the business. I knew Brian Clark had civil charges and complaints at the AG's office in Raleigh.
(public record)
I purchased the equipment, computers, clients, accounts owed, ..... He did not receive a penny of this money. it went to my attorney's trust account. (For the soldiers. Sadly, almost all the equipment was not his. the equipment had not been paid for and was repo)
Nothing I did connected my LLC to Brian Clark and Classic Chasse business.
My first stop before moving in the new LLC. I went to the AG's office in Raleigh. All their info was civil complaints. No Criminal complaints.
(Public Record)
The AG's office told me to go to the DMV license and theft officers in Fayetteville to introduce myself. I did.
We (the new manager, three top techs that were hired and the three former unpaid employs. Took over this mess. within two months, over 100 Criminal acts by the former shop Classic Chasses owner Brian Clark, illegally scamming our 55+ soldiers were surfacing.
DMV license and theft officers are to investigate issues, Civil, theft and Fraud from complaints.
1 complaint should have started an investigation. (there were many) in 2008 the complaints started rolling into the DMV and the AG's office in Raleigh.
(Public Record)
I have all the complaints from our soldiers.
I will post them if needed.
(The statement above is to let NC legal dept, know what is stated can be published since it is mine info and public documents, not NC classified records)
I will be going back to court due to reasons I cannot write about.
My personal assessment of the legal actions I had to take for my false arrests;
- The DOJ did not care about the truth, just protect the DMV.
I exposed (a big mistake) my intent that once I win my case (trial#2g) I was going to start the process of having the DMV repay our soldiers.
I am happy to talk or meet with specific people or companies
