False Arrests by Fayetteville NC DMV license and theft officers. (Public record from arrests. Charges dropped w/o plea bargain = False arrests.)
3.8+ million is what was scammed from our deployed soldier's, who paid the entire restoration bill ($65,000 average) before they deployed. They lost more than their money. Their dream car, 1967-1970 Fast Back Mustangs, they wanted waiting for them when (IF) they returned.
The shop Classic Chasse owned by Brian Clark (public record), did this heinous and vial beyond description, scam.
When he went bankrupt (Signed document)
Their cars were stripped and left out side to rust away.
He would restore a few at a time sending pic's posing them as "That Soldiers dream car"
(I have all records upholding that statement)
A court document is incorrect and will be changed soon.
I did not by the business. I knew Brian Clark had civil charges and complaints at the AG's office in Raleigh.
(public record)
I purchased the equipment, computers, clients, accounts owed, ..... He did not receive a penny of this money. it went to my attorneys trust account. (for the soldiers. Sadly more then 1/2 the equipment had not been paid for and was either purchased or repo) Everything to not be connected to Brian Clark and Classic Chasse business.
My first stop before moving in the new LLC. I went to the AG's office in Raleigh. All their info was civil complaints. No Criminal complaints.
(Public Record)
We (the manager, the three top techs I added to Brian Clarks Former unpaid employs. I have statements from them stating so) found criminal acts by the former shops owner.
DMV license and theft officers are to investigate issues, theft and Fraud due to a complaint.
1 complaint should have started an investigation. (there were many) in 2008 the complaints started rolling into the DMV and the AG's office in Raleigh.
(Public Record)
I am happy to talk or meet with specific people or companies
